[su_spoiler title=”How much space do you need?” style=”fancy”] Well, that depends on which of our shows you book. Usually our ideal stage or floor space is 20′ deep x 25′ wide  or larger. Our minimum stage/performance space is normally 16′ deep by 20′ wide, however we have been able to make it work in smaller spaces with some of our smaller shows. If you are booking my Strolling Close-up Magic or Segway Magic then I will be mingling with your guests/audience up close and in-person so space is not really an issue. [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Do you need a table?” style=”fancy”]No, We bring pretty much everything. We might need a chair or two and we will probably need to plug into an electrical outlet to get power to our sound system and other equipment. [/su_spoiler]

[su_spoiler title=”Can you perform the show outdoors?” style=”fancy”]Yes, We can providing the weather is okay. However it’s always safer to have it indoors where you have more control and usually less distractions. [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Can we serve the guests food, snacks, and beverages during your show?” style=”fancy”]
Well, it’s your event so you can do whatever you’d like… however, I do recommend serving food & beverages before or after the show. It’s a HUGE distraction for the guests/audience. And if your audience is sitting at tables half of them will probably be facing the wrong way making it difficult for them to eat and enjoy the show at the same time. Also if it is a served meal you will have wait staff moving about the room blocking people’s view of the show and causing distractions. So I HIGHLY recommend NOT serving food during the performance (also because it’s a show based on audience interaction and participation… I need their hands to be free…besides, nobody really wants to put down their fork to participate and let their food get cold.)  [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Is the show clean and age appropriate?” style=”fancy”]Yes! We take pride in the fact that our shows are custom designed so the content is specifically geared towards the age range of the audience. Most magicians don’t have the ability or flexibility to customize the content of their show like we do. We specialize in entertaining audiences with clean and fun magic, comedy, illusions, music and audience participation. [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”When should I serve food and cake?” style=”fancy”]The best time to serve food and cake, is after the magic show. Especially if cake is served before the magic show, it can make it more difficult for kids to stay focused on the magic show. [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Do you require a deposit?” style=”fancy”]It depends which show you go with but yes, usually a small deposit is required. I accept cash or checks. The balance would be due at the time of the event. Check out the online payment center for more info. [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”When’s a good time to have you begin your show?” style=”fancy”]A good general rule of thumb is to have my show begin about a half hour after the party is to begin. This prevents distractions from late arriving guests. Depending on which package you go with, the show lasts anywhere from 40 to 60 minutes. [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”I’m celebrating more than one child’s birthday, can you still entertain at our party?” style=”fancy”]Yes! I then have all of the b-day children be the stars of the show. Everything else is the same except we have a few more lucky participants! [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Do you know of any sources for birthday party goodies like plates, napkins, hats, etc.?” style=”fancy”]Yes! There is a great place called Birthday Express that gets nothing but rave revues from other moms. Check it out now![/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”*Important: Can we hire you to entertain our children in one room while all of the adults hang out in another room? ” style=”fancy”]Due to liability issues, I do require that all of the children be supervised at all times by at least one responsible adult (besides me). I simply can’t be held responsible for supervising them. This is to protect you, the children and myself. [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Can we invite young infants and babies to the party?” style=”fancy”]Since it’s your party, you may do whatever you’d like. However, I do recommend NOT having children under the age of 3 present, only because they often are a distraction to the children and adults who are trying to enjoy the magic show. Same thing goes with your pets. Please keep your pets in a separate area (sorry Rover). [/su_spoiler]
[su_spoiler title=”Can we give the goodie bags to children under the age of 3?” style=”fancy”]I can’t control what happens after I leave the party but please don’t give the goodie bags to children under the age of the 3. There are small parts in there and I’d rather be safe than sorry. Also, please read above question.[/su_spoiler]
